What to avoid?

First and foremost, it’s important to give your skin some time to heal after HA filler. Immediately after the procedure, you should avoid any strenuous activities that could cause you to break out in a sweat. This includes exercise, hot showers or baths, and activities that might cause your face to become overly warm. You should also avoid touching or rubbing the area that was injected with filler.
